Meet the Founder,
Dr. Giulia Crema (TCM)
Giulia’s curiosity in the human mind and body was sparked at a young age. She had a strong desire to deeply understand the intricacies of human nature. She began her tertiary studies at the University of Melbourne in a Bachelor of Science, which was a window into the Biomedical field.
Early on her journey, Giulia discovered an alternative and holistic path. Her pursuit of wisdom and knowledge in ancient yogic practices lead her to an ashram in Rishikesh, India. Here, she delved into ancient Indian scriptures and philosophy, and completed a certified yoga teacher training. Giulia’s connection to Spirit, Atma, was revealed as she explored the intricate relationship between mind and body. It was here at the foot of the Himalayas where the concept Atma Wellbeing was born.
Dr. James Middleton, a full time practitioner of TCM and passionate yogi, was an immense influence along her journey. Dr. Middleton’s TCM education was under Professor Wong Lun, the principal and founder of The Academy of Chinese Medicine (Au). Giulia experienced her own healing through Chinese Medicine with Dr. Middleton’s guidance. Inspired to commence a Bachelor of Health Science (TCM), Giulia completed her studies in 2019 at Southern School of Natural Therapies. Giulia has been fortunate to work closely with Dr. Middleton and directly learn from him in a clinical setting. This mentorship has lead to and continues to be a fruitful co-working relationship.
