Yoga with Giulia

The primary intention of Giulia’s teachings is to access these spaces of stillness by synchronising breath and movement. She inspires to create a sense of openness and self awareness. Her classes are a balanced fusion of pranayama, asana, mantra and meditation and are suitable for beginner and intermediate yogi’s. Giulia was a devoted practitioner before travelling to Rishikesh, India and completing her 200 hour teacher training. She has completed additional trainings around the world including Guatemala, Mexico and Melbourne. As a doctor of Chinese medicine, she often draws upon her knowledge of the meridians and ancient eastern philosophies in her teachings. Her business Atma was ignited by her yoga practice and pursuit of knowledge in the connection of mind, body and spirit.

Online Classes

Giulia’s intention is to assist you in finding your own holistic practice that can support you physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. She offers a diverse range of pre-recorded complementary classes that honour her background and knowledge of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Yoga.

WOOD Express & Release
A Vinyasa Flow practice that incorporates intentional movement, breath work (pranayama) and mantra/ vibration to help express & release any build up tension in the body and mind. This class moves at a faster pace and is suitable for those who have practiced yoga before.

 

EARTH Centre & Ground
A Slow Flow practice that allows more time and space to deepen our awareness of sensation and breath, and to ground into each shape. This class moves at a slower pace, allowing more time for alignment cues and self adjustments. Suitable for beginner yogi’s and those who have practiced before.

 

FIRE Move & Stimulate
Prepare to sweat ! This practice combines strength based drills within a Vinyasa Flow sequence to build a little more fire within the body. For those looking to combine your workout with your yoga practice, this one is for you.

 

WATER Soften & Surrender
This class begins with a very gentle Slow Flow to encourage us to land in our body and then moves into a Yin practice where we will soften into deep poses for 3-5 minutes. Suitable for beginner yogi’s and those who have practiced before.

 

METAL Transform & Let Go
A Vinyasa Flow practice that incorporates intentional movement, breath work and mantra/ vibration to help transform and let go of what no longer serve us. Pranayama will be a key element throughout this practice. Suitable for those who have practiced yoga before.
